OriginCoder is operated from the United States by Fvawi Drein INC, and our servers are located in California. We are therefore bound by US export control and sanctions law, and so are you when you use the Service.

1. Where the Service is available

OriginCoder is available worldwide, except in the countries and territories listed in section 2.

You do not need to be in a particular country to open an account. Prices are in US dollars and card payments are processed by Stripe, which supports cards issued in most countries. If Stripe does not support cards issued where you live, you can fund your account with USDT on the TRC20 network instead.

2. Where it is not available

We cannot provide the Service to anyone located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from the following, which are subject to comprehensive US sanctions:

| Territory | |---| | Cuba | | Iran | | China | | North Korea (DPRK) | | Syria | | The Crimea region of Ukraine | | The so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) region of Ukraine | | The so-called Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) region of Ukraine |

We also cannot provide the Service to:

  • Any person or entity on the US Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, the Commerce Department's Entity List or Denied Persons List, or any equivalent restricted-party list.
  • Anyone acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a person or entity described above.
  • Anyone who intends to re-export or make the Service available to any of the above.

3. What this means for you

By using the Service you represent that:

  • You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any territory in section 2.
  • You are not on, and are not acting for anyone on, a restricted-party list.
  • You will not make the Service available to anyone described in section 2, whether by resale, proxying, sharing an API key, or building a product that serves them.

If any of these stops being true, you must stop using the Service and tell us.

4. How we enforce this

We screen at sign-up and on an ongoing basis using the IP address of your requests and your billing details. Where the signals indicate a restricted location, we decline the registration or suspend the account.

Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise your location in order to obtain the Service is a breach of our Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy, and will result in termination without refund.

If we suspend an account on sanctions grounds and you believe the determination is wrong — for example your IP geolocation is inaccurate — email support@origincoder.com and we will review it. Where a suspension turns out to be a false positive, we restore access and any lost paid time.

5. Upstream provider restrictions

Even where we can serve you, the upstream model provider handling your request may apply its own geographic restrictions, and those can be stricter than ours. If a provider declines your request on those grounds, our failover will try an alternative provider where one is available. We cannot override an upstream provider's regional policy.

6. Taxes and local law

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any restrictions it places on the use of AI services, cross-border data transfer, or payment to foreign vendors. Prices exclude local taxes, duties and levies; you are responsible for those unless we are required to collect them.

7. Changes

Sanctions programmes change. We update this list when they do, and the version published here is the one in force. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard where we are lawfully able to give notice.
